About the Role:

T&Pm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Technology Lead to spearhead the transformation of our content production processes through the innovative application of AI, automation, and cutting-edge technologies. This strategic role will be instrumental in optimizing our end-to-end content supply chain, ensuring personalized assets reach the right audiences with the right message, at the right place and time. The ideal candidate is a technology expert and production practitioner with a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and a passion for leveraging Gen AI and LLMs to drive creative production efficiencies.

Role Requirements:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on content production technologies, including Gen AI, LLMs, automation platforms, and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for integrating AI and automation into the clients content production workflows, aligning with business objectives and driving measurable improvements in efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new content technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront).
  • Champion the adoption of AI-driven content creation tools and processes within the Studio team and across the broader marketing organization, providing training and support to foster user adoption and maximize platform utilization.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, production, and media teams to define and implement optimized workflows, ensuring personalized assets are delivered efficiently across all channels.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for content governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze content performance, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.


Desired Skills and Experiences:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, content production, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully leading technology-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including content formats, channels, and audience behaviors.
  • Expertise in AI and automation technologies, including Gen AI, LLMs, and content automation platforms (e.g., WPP Open, Production Studio).
  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems, content management systems (CMS), and workflow automation tools (e.g., Workfront).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Experience with multi-agency, enterprise-level programs of work is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, including DCO and CX.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the clients content technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable results.
  • Manage the Studio's content technology budget and resources, optimizing investments and maximizing ROI.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for technology vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance the clients content production capabilities.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to the Studio team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


The pay range for this role is $170,000-$210,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
