Employment Status: Seasonal, Full-Time Hourly
Internship Dates: May 5th – August 8th, 2025
Work Location: Remote/Hybrid/In-Office

Job Summary: We are seeking a Summer Marketing Intern to assist with various marketing initiatives, including creating LinkedIn posts for national campaigns and running social media training sessions for TWS owners. The role will support marketing spend audits, monitor FDAF eligible expenses, and assist in the implementation of marketing automations using HubSpot CRM. Additionally, the intern will help with market research, including competitor analysis, lead generation, and industry trend reporting. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and market research while contributing to impactful projects.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, although candidates near Huntersville, NC, will have the option to collaborate in person.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:
  • Create LinkedIn Posts for National TWS Campaigns
  • Run individual LinkedIn boot camps with TWS owners, sharing the do's and dont's of posting
  • Create a training deck on how to manage GBP and how to solicit reviews
  • Create Social Media Guidelines for Facebook and Instagram
Marketing Spend Audit and FDAF Rock:
  • Assist with receipt collection and review of expenses
  • Monitor FDAF eligible expenses and work with accounting department for reimbursement
HubSpot CRM:
  • Assist with drip campaigns content creation
  • Write and send TWS Marketing / Ops internal newsletter
  • Learn and Implement Marketing Automations
Market Research:
  • Project to elaborate on the key competitors in the market 
  • Research new lead avenues and also utilize existing databases for lead opportunities
  • Identify any new trends based on industry
  • Report out to the network to share what objections they will encounter from a value proposition and how to win the bid

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), preferred.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and design requirements for social media.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
