About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This mid-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company while making an immediate impact. You'll support the development and execution of marketing and communications campaigns, manage creative resources, and help track government and industry trends to keep our brand competitive and innovative.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the planning, creation, and execution of marketing and communications campaigns across various platforms.
  • Tracking media coverage, campaign performance, and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with creative teams to manage the production of marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Assisting in maintaining and managing media briefings, company talking points, and brand language.
  • Developing and maintaining marketing materials to support campaigns and corporate initiatives.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
  • Supporting public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and tracking coverage.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


US Salary Range
$100,000 - 120,000

The salary range for this role is an estimate and is based on a wide variety of compensation factors. The salary offered to candidates will vary based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, education, specialized training, critical expertise, training, and more. Equity in Forterra is included in most of our full-time, high-demand roles and is therefore considered part of Forterra's overall compensation package. In addition to base salary and equity, Forterra offers competitive benefits for full-time employees including:
