Creator Success Manager (Full-Time Remote)

Our passionate startup team is seeking an experienced proactive service-driven Creator Success Manager with a passion for the Creator Economy (especially Gen Z and Millennial YouTube Creators, TikTok Creators, etc.). This concierge-style role will take a white-glove approach to guide our customers (YouTube Creators) through the GigaStar Market platform listing process - from initial onboarding and implementation to providing post-drop support.
The GigaStar Market platform helps YouTube Creators raise funds to grow their channels. You will be on the front lines, helping them navigate the nuances of setting up a securitized revenue share offering in which their Fans can participate, driving growth and revenue value into their YouTube channels. The right candidate can expertly manage multiple clients, tasks, details, and deadlines to keep our startup operating on time while delighting our customers: YouTube Creators and their Investors.
The individual in this role must undergo a background check and register as an Associated Person to the GigaStar Market funding portal. This is required by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for those performing functions such as those listed below.

Responsibilities
- Lead execution and management of our customer commitments. Own the customer relationship post-sale as the critical key point of contact in managing successful onboarding experiences for YouTube Creators, guiding them through the steps to list a securitized revenue share offering on our crowdfunding platform
- Communicate steps, expectations, and components in our onboarding roadmap and help collect information that will enable us to iterate our processes more efficiently
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers by checking in regularly, communicating all needs clearly, and providing guidance and support in collecting and tracking all deliverables and information, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Own administrative responsibilities with clients such as collecting information and assets from the customer, scheduling meetings, taking notes, translating business requirements into action items, reviewing data and information for accuracy, and organizing detailed customer documentation to meet business and financial industry compliance standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally (internally and externally) to ensure customers are experiencing the full value of our white-glove support experience, platform, and services
- Identify potential challenges and blockers for customers and help proactively solve them
- Serve as the voice of customers internally to advocate for their needs and influence product roadmap and organizational strategy
- Circulate customer stories and feedback to internal teams that will help improve our platform, marketing, and customer experience
- Help lead account reviews and surveys to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support the technical customer service and operations teams as needed
- Ensure our clients are getting what they expect and that the results are correct, you will help drive business outcomes, support account growth, and opportunities for repeat business from customers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Ideally as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Service Project Manager.)
- Deep knowledge of the Creator Economy, especially the challenges and needs of YouTube Creators seeking to grow their businesses and innovate on Fan engagement.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with customer stakeholder management at all levels, including leadership
- Superior communication skills, oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and the ability to thrive in a remote-working environment
- Track record of multi-tasking customer needs and priorities efficiently and independently
- Strong administrative and compliance acumen, strategic thinking, and operational rigor
- Highly motivated and personable self-starter with 100% exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to understand drivers of YouTube Creators' desires, goals, and motivations
- Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial drive
- High EQ and empathy with a passion for customer success and bottom-line impact
- Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented early-stage start-up with massive potential!
- Passion for the metaverse, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and all things Web3 is a plus
