Based in beautiful Los Angeles, we are one the largest multi-platform media networks working across America. We offer artists working in music, live streaming, television, and original/live content. Our platform has around 50 million subscribers across DirecTV, AT&T, Charter, Version, and quite a few others. We have been in business for 10 years, have around 250 employees, and are privately held. Due to growth, we are looking for a Director of Marketing who will drive overall growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives
- Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, e-commerce, paid search marketing, email marketing, and social media
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high quality work and optimal team performance
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to adjust and refine strategies as necessary
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Analytics, Taboola, and social media platforms
- Experience working with agencies and vendors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
