Integrated Marketing Program Manager
We are seeking a marketing and delivery expert with a passion for games and entertainment, who can bring operational excellence to our client, Minecraft. This role will help support day-to-day Minecraft games campaigns including execution, partnering with game developers, agencies, internal marketing, media, and PR teams.
This role is responsible to support, and at times lead, the creation of fully integrated marketing campaigns that launch and sustain games and/or game content being produced and published by Mojang and Microsoft Game Studios. Vertically, this role supports Minecraft "vanilla" game and marketplace, helping with the creation of integrated marketing plans, developing campaign creative briefs, overseeing asset production and media trafficking, and partnering with teams to hit all customer touch points. Horizontally, this role supports marketing's responsibility cross franchise in the development and execution of full-funnel paid media campaigns.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for Minecraft and the wider entertainment industry and a proven track record of developing integrated marketing campaigns based on consumer insights, delivering compelling creative, integrated full-funnel consumer marketing strategies with an emphasis on paid media implementation and optimization, and strong project management experience. They will be adept at working across a large and highly complex organization with multiple stakeholders and have experience partnering with external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program manage integrated marketing planning, execution and implementation of various sized campaigns across internal teams and numerous partners simultaneously.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and game studio teams to execute and improve marketing strategy and execution to meet business and game development objectives.
- Partner with Product Marketing teams to identify the business objectives a program can support and help develop program recommendations and identify solutions that address inefficiencies.
- Lead agency partners and internal teams on campaign development, creative concepting and toolkit development, and video and digital production for campaigns.
- Identify and analyze marketing and media KPIs and collaborate with business analysis teams to share insights that will advance business impact. Recommend actions to executive leaders based on those results, as well as use organic and paid media performance data to develop insights and make improvement recommendations.
- Partner with media team to implement media strategy and execution aligned to business objectives and marketing KPIs, support data ingestion and optimization, and make creative and media placement recommendations based on campaign results, business results, and best practices.
- Drive medium complexity projects by developing a detailed project management plan, manage finances for projects with mid-sized to large budgets, develop and execute communication plans to share progress, blockers, and learnings.
- Partner with regional teams, external publishing partners, and external franchise partners to review, feedback, and approve co-marketing opportunities, campaign launches, creative executions, and ensure the franchise is represented accurately.
- Manage creative timelines, asset/content delivery schedules and develop and deliver daily program communication status to key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years proven experience in integrated marketing, advertising, and/or campaign development experience, with or for an agency or in-house team, preferably in gaming, technology, or entertainment industries.
- 2+ years of managing multi-million dollar paid media campaigns including strategic development and full-funnel media integration.
- 2 + years of managing integrated marketing communications campaign strategy, development, production, and execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across global time zones and represent creative and strategic work.
- Proven management of asset creation for full-funnel campaigns and in-depth understanding of the technical execution and specs for broadcast, OOH, OLV and social, digital and web channels.
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, while maintaining great attention to detail, internal quality control, and best-in-class creative outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to build, track, and execute processes from start to finish independently under rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to gracefully lead and work on multiple projects and maintain a large quantity of shifting assets simultaneously under tight deadline pressure with strong time management skills.
- Proven experience managing large scale production budgets across multiple products and timelines.
- Proven ability to deliver campaign insights and reporting in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience developing campaigns for live service games, console or PC games, or a similar consumer product and/or in the entertainment industry. Experience with video, TV, gameplay, CG, digital, print, and other production executions.
