Job Summary

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role supporting the growth of our Enterprise Sales, Partnership and Franchise teams. This position is critical to aligning partner marketing strategies with Enterprise Sales business objectives and driving the success of our partner ecosystem. The manager will develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing programs that address lead generation, onboarding, and lifecycle marketing. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, optimize partner and new client acquisition strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning
  • Lead and shape the go-to-market (GTM) partner marketing strategy, focusing on alignment with ES, Partners, and Franchisees.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategies, driving lead generation, prospect insights, and client communications and sales collateral.
  • Create strategic roadmaps for multi-channel marketing programs designed to generate leads, boost partner engagement, and elevate the brand
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with the intended strategy and drive measurable results
  • Design a cohesive and compliant customer journey for clients, including partner or franchisee-specific guidelines

Marketing Execution and Campaigns
  • Oversee the execution of strategic marketing campaigns focused on supporting growth of Enterprise Sales and Franchisees.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, digital, events, and in-person) to raise client awareness and support business development efforts that generate new lead flow
  • Develop tailored marketing materials across all channels including digital creative, sales collateral, onboarding materials, and events-specific assets
  • Ensures brand consistency across all partner acquisition efforts, client marketing campaigns and agent-facing materials
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to build and execute marketing campaigns tailored to their GTM, emphasizing joint value proposition and shared business objectives
  • Create ongoing partner communication through newsletters, social media, webinars, events and other channels, keeping them informed and engaged
  • Cotribute to the development of a partnership portal to streamline access to marketing materials, campaign updates and training resources.
  • Act as a marketing liaison between the Enterprise Sales team, Partners and Franchise business units, supporting alignment and collaborative communication
  • Support onboarding processes for new partners and ensure a seamless integration with Goosehead brand guidelines
  • Support tracking, analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, adjusting strategies to optimize revenue generation, pipeline growth, and partner satisfaction


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
  • 10+ yrs. experience, in marketing, business development, or partner management with a strong focus on B2B and B2C sales strategy.
  • Demonstrate success in creating multi-channel campaigns and accelerating new business pipeline
  • Experience in partnership marketing program management, including co-marketing strategies and partner lifecycle support
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in KPIs and ROI tracking for marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and sales enablement materials.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in marketing, particularly for regulated marketing activities or industry-specific guidance.
