We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Customer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.
In this role, you'll create and execute dynamic, innovative marketing campaigns and events to engage, retain and grow, and delight our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Marketing: Partner with cross-functional teams (product marketing, demand gen, sales, and customer success) to ensure campaigns align with broader organizational goals and customer insights.
  • Customer Voice: Advocate for our customers by bringing their feedback and needs into our marketing strategies, ensuring all campaigns reflect their priorities and values
  • Client Engagement: Create opportunities for deeper client relationships through and thoughtful communication touchpoints at key moments throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Advocacy Programs: Drive customer advocacy by managing referral and testimonial programs, nurturing brand ambassadors, and spotlighting customer success stories
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design, manage, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our clients, showcasing the value/impact of our products and services
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute client-focused events, including things like webinars, roundtables, workshops and other in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact
  • Metrics & Insights: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.


Your experience
  • A strong marketer generalist with rich experience in ABM practices, as well as email, content marketing, social media, field marketing, audience targeting, and events
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer-first marketing programs that drive engagement and loyalty
  • Proven ability to plan and execute events (both virtual and in-person), including logistics, promotions, and follow-up
  • Experience working closely with leadership team and sales executives to develop marketing processes, strategies, and content requirements
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A creative thinker with a knack for finding fresh and innovative ways to celebrate and engage clients
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics
  • A learner who is able to comprehend and grow knowledge of high-tech B2B trends, complex products and messaging
  • 5+ years in customer marketing, campaign management, or similar B2B marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and selling within and marketing to large enterprises, HR tech experience preferred
  • Strong candidates are self-motivated, proactive in understanding business needs, and take initiative
