Salary Range: $82,110 - $106,785 commensurate with experience
The Data Analyst, Marketing will utilize data collected from multiple sources including but not limited to databases, focus groups, surveys, reviews, and Google Analytics to monitor and evaluate marketing and operational efforts to provide a holistic picture of data trends.

Job Description

The Data Analyst, Marketing will utilize data collected from multiple sources including but not limited to databases, focus groups, surveys, reviews, and Google Analytics to monitor and evaluate marketing and operational efforts to provide a holistic picture of data trends.
In this position, your main responsibilities include:
- Research, analyze, and provide recommendations on organizational data
- Routine tracking and reporting of data trends
- Construct and maintain automated processes within sales and marketing systems
- Provide feedback and recommendations regarding sales, marketing, or operational tactics to appropriate program staff
- Maintain an interdisciplinary partnership and availability to all departments (IT, finance, construction, etc.)
- Report on data with the intent to drive operational decisions and make quality improvement decisions
- Collect aggregated data from multiple data sources to form a complete picture
- Frequent usage of Business Insights (BI) software platform and the ability to create visualizations using BI software
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, preferably data sciences
- 3 years of commensurate experience in a similar role preferred
- Master's degree in research methods and statistics preferred
- Experience in designing research studies
- Experience in SPSS, R, or Stata is a plus
- Experience in TM1 or comparable BI software platform is a plus
- Experience in HubSpot, You've Got Leads, Zapier, and Invoca is a plus
