Job DescriptionThe Regional Marketing Director (AMERICAS) will be responsible for working with the Global Marketing team and the Americas Marketing team to drive, develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Ria Brick and Mortar (retail) business in the Americas. Reporting to the VP of Americas Marketing, the Regional Marketing Director will define and execute against market-specific tactics to drive new customer acquisition and repeat customers for in-store traffic and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer segmentation and demonstrated experience in managing global campaigns, heavily focused on in-store execution and awareness tactics. The candidate will be responsible for managing the KPIs and analytics surrounding the results, and will continuously work with the digital marketing team as well for omni-channel executions and measurement to lift the entire Americas business.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the B&M marketing strategy driven by Global Marketing in all Ria send countries in the Americas regionLead the brick & mortar (retail) marketing teams in the region to identify cross-channel synergies for an omni-channel customer strategy, developing ethnic and other targeted marketing plans to reach Ria's key corridors/segmentsManage the regional marketing budgets across the different store functions and countries, including forecasting and P&L managementOwn the results and analytics associated with the KPIs defined by the business; continuously evaluate the platforms, results, and test & learn to drive new customer acquisition and retention across the different store types.Work closely with the marketing global counterparts for cooperation, shared learnings, and messaging opportunities.Support Global Product team to market ongoing pricing initiatives and seasonal promotionsOptimize marketing investments by always tracking, recording/documenting, and reporting in a timely manner, the effectiveness of marketing plans, tactics, and/or special projects as they relate to objectives, KPIs, and/or ROIs setEnsure the continuous and smooth workflow in the Marketing team and in Ria by always being a vested, solution-oriented, and can-do team player who communicates relevant information, keeps, and shares organized records of his/her marketing initiatives in a timely mannerQualifications10 years experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Management and/or related fieldPrevious management experience Bilingual in English and SpanishStrong project management skills including organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsPossess a self-starter approach, and a data-driven mindset, with strong initiative and sense of urgency that lends to minimum supervisionHighly motivated self-learner who proactively absorbs information Has exceptional attention to detail with an eye for process and business improvement opportunities Solution-oriented team player with a positive attitudeHigh proficiency in oral and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively and independently on assigned projectsProven ability to work on multiple projects and deliver on key deadlinesOur package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, HSA/FSA, short-term/long-term disability, tuition assistance, growth opportunities, and much more. Salary: The range for this position is $140,000-150,000.
