This is a remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA to be considered. Please note, that we do not currently offer relocation support of any kind at this time. About You We are looking for a meticulous, extremely organized Project Manager with at least four years of project management experience in a very fast-paced environment to work on DEPT’s Client Services team within our Creative & Media Division. This PM will be responsible for a variety of performance marketing-related projects. This includes identifying project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, understanding timelines, and managing client and internal communication. The PM will be responsible for project managing complex and/or larger projects and will also need to be comfortable in the weeds - specifically helping to drive day-to-day deliverables. In short, you are the spider in the web who keeps the focus on driving our roadmap forward, who does not shy away from deadlines, who can monitor overviews and budgets and who can coordinate all of this with the client. The Project Manager has excellent collaboration skills & is a strong self-starter. The PM is thinking 3 steps ahead on a project that only has 2 steps. You run multifaceted projects all the way through with a successful team, professional deliverables, and a happy client. The PM often is the middleman between the internal team and client team, understanding the balance between teams and serving both teams’ best interest, requiring excellent communication skills. The PM is also focused on team productivity & performance, always monitoring for ways to improve workflows for accuracy and time savings. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Project oversight and ownership Project scoping and requirements gathering End-to-end project management Direction and evaluation of project management process Building, maintaining, and executing on timelines Project set-up and management within tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, and Jira Vetting and analysis of project feedback & implementing improvements Updating and maintaining project budget tracking Act as liaison between internal teams and clients Stakeholder management internally as well as externally QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree 4 years’ experience at an advertising agency 1 years' experience project managing performance marketing campaigns Strong working knowledge of digital marketing Possess a basic understanding of digital marketing topics like SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Social Advertising, and CRO Experience with Project management software Additional things that will impress us: Great communicator and leader; able to build rapport with people quickly and easily Strong organizational and project management skills Strong time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams Ability to handle changing priorities, while meeting deadlines Ability to work in the details but also see the big picture Willingness and ability to learn Ability to keep a cool head and positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts WHAT DO WE OFFER? Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling.
