Job Title: Vice President, Marketing Clearance Required: N/A Work Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets. Drive brand development and positioning strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the federal contracting marketplace. Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, operations, and executive leadership, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, advertising, events, and public relations. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes impacting federal contracting marketing strategies. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience/Skills: Proven experience (8 years) in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably within the federal contracting industry or related government sectors. In-depth knowledge of the federal contracting marketplace, including a solid understanding of government procurement processes and regulations. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Track record of successfully driving marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth and market expansion. Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and platforms, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and PR. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in utilizing metrics and KPIs to measure marketing performance and inform decision-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Salary and Benefit Information: The likely salary range for this position is $185,000 - $220,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
