DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand Management: Implement and assess tactics to define and grow dimensions of the CPGE’s brand while ensuring consistency of messaging, cohesive “look and feel”, and identifying opportunities for brand development. Plan and execute branding strategies to maintain a positive brand presence aligned with the university’s strategic priorities. Develop measures to track brand identity over time, analyzing brand tracking results and adjusting branding strategies. Develop and execute marketing communication strategies that reach all key internal and external constituents. Manage all aspects of the college’s marketing and communication strategies for print and digital assets. Develop market research strategies for CPGE and partner colleges. Analyze areas for diversifying portfolio of programs and partners. Direct marketing analysis and monitor competitive landscape. Evaluate and implement marketing technology tools. Collaborate with academic colleges to develop strategies and content. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to project the success of marketing initiatives. Leading an Integrated Marketing Strategy for Enrollment: Develop, design, and deliver a marketing communications strategy that aligns with recruitment and enrollment goals. Architect and execute the CPGE’s marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and recruitment. Collaborate on development and execution of enrollment strategies. Oversee the use of social media platforms for strategic communication efforts. Develop customer service support plan that focuses on nurturing leads. Monitor and access data to evaluate the effectiveness of student recruitment efforts. Develop launch strategies for new self-support academic programs. Continuous Learning and Skill Enhancement for the Marketing Team: Supervise and provide direction to the unit’s staff. Manage the unit’s staff and performance management. Hire, evaluate, and train staff. Manage the development and administration of the unit’s operating budget. Engage with selecting/managing external vendor(s). Lead high-level projects of the college’s MarCom function. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree - Marketing or related field 5 or more years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, public relations, or communications. Experience in developing and managing integrated marketing plans. Supervisory experience with a professional staff. Ability to lead traditional and digital marketing campaigns. Strong interpersonal skills. Sound project management skills. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Ten years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, public relations, or communications. Master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Demonstrated understanding marketing for a higher education institution.
