Responsibilities: Assist Director of Guest Experience & Marketing Lead a team of 30 Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week Complete department work 5-7 hours/week Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance Maintain social media presence Lead community events and maintain community relationships Follow up with all catering orders Knowledge of all restaurant and market giveaways Qualifications: Degree in marketing or other related field and/or 2 years of relevant experience Experience in team leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills Humble servant-leader Outstanding interpersonal skills Strong project/time management skills Self-starter with strong follow through Ability to work independently on complex projects Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change Benefits: Sundays Off, Flexible Scheduling, Quarterly Team Events, Scholarships, FREE FOOD
