Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Landscape Designer with 2-5 years of experience (min) in residential landscape design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing high-quality custom outdoor spaces, as well as experience preparing construction drawings. The ideal candidate thrives in a work environment that is dynamic and fast-paced. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and landscape professionals to create outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and practical, resulting a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop conceptual and final landscape designs for residential properties, ensuring alignment with client needs and site conditions.

  2. Prepare site plans, planting plans, and construction documents using CAD and other design software.

  3. Create hand sketches along with 2D and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas to both clients and installation crews.

  4. Select appropriate materials, plants, and hardscape elements that align with our unique style.

  5. Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess project requirements and gather necessary site information.

  6. Communicate regularly with crews, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

  7. Stay informed on local landscaping trends and other industry developments.

  8. Work with clients in all phases of the sales and design process.

  9. Plan takeoffs and estimating
