At Bluevine, the Growth Marketing Team is creating a powerful engine for attracting and retaining high-value SMB customers. By deeply understanding the needs and behaviors of small and medium-sized businesses, they drive brand awareness and differentiation in a competitive market. Their strategy focuses on acquiring, engaging, and growing customer relationships through data-driven, optimized campaigns that showcase how Bluevine empowers small business owners with the financial tools they need to succeed.
This team fuels high-velocity acquisition, engagement, and retention by leveraging data, technology, and innovative strategies to scale efficiently. They implement performance-driven initiatives across key channels-including search, social, web/SEO, lifecycle marketing, PR, and content-while continuously refining the customer journey to optimize onboarding, monetization, and cross-sell opportunities. With a sharp focus on measurable results, advanced analytics, and a deep commitment to customer-centric growth, they blend creativity, collaboration, and strategic execution to drive outsized business impact.
About The Role:
Bluevine is seeking an innovative, results-driven marketer to lead and scale our advertising campaigns across paid social, CTV/OTT, streaming audio, podcasts, and online video/display channels. As the go-to expert in this space, this media manager will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing multi-channel paid campaigns that drive both brand awareness and direct response outcomes.
The ideal candidate blends traditional media planning expertise with data-driven performance marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns are designed to meet evolving business priorities. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role within the Growth Marketing Team, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign impact while balancing efficiency, scale, and cost-effectiveness (CAC).
What You'll Do:
This role is also eligible to earn annual performance-based incentive compensation in the form of a cash bonus.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role within the Growth Marketing Team, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign impact while balancing efficiency, scale, and cost-effectiveness (CAC).
What You'll Do:
- Build multi-channel, integrated media plans including targeting, channel mix, messaging/creative, measurement strategy, and flighting.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns end-to-end, including launches, bid and budget strategies, and the adoption of new best practices.
- Lead ongoing testing and optimization of creatives and content to enhance evergreen campaigns and support new product or campaign expansions.
- Analyze campaign data, uncover trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance and scalability.
- Partner cross-functionally to assess performance insights, refine strategies, and leverage tactics across marketing channels to drive demand.
- Regularly report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders while aligning on goals and performance.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through data quality assurance (QA) and conversion measurement.
- 5+ years of experience in a paid media role, with a focus on paid social, CTV, podcast, and/or streaming audio channels. Experience with offline channels is a plus.
- Expertise in digital ad platforms, including Meta Ad Manager, Google/YouTube Ads, CTV/OTT platforms, audio/podcast platforms, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic/DSPs.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to present insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proactive and strategic mindset-asks thoughtful questions, actively optimizes campaigns, and brings fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong communicator who engages with clarity and purpose, is proactive in collaboration, and is comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in technology or financial services is a plus.
