Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development: • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase the law firm’s online visibility, organic search rankings, and website traffic. • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis, ensuring the law firm’s website targets relevant keywords and high-traffic search terms. • Identify opportunities for content creation and optimization that will boost organic rankings, particularly in immigration law-related searches. • On-Page and Off-Page SEO: • Oversee on-page SEO, including meta tag optimization, content optimization, URL structure, alt text for images, internal linking, and improving overall website content. • Implement off-page SEO tactics, such as building backlinks and acquiring high-quality external links, to improve domain authority and page ranking. • Ensure the website's technical SEO is flawless, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and fixing crawl errors. Digital Strategy: • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the firm's overall goals. • Analyze user behavior, conversions, and audience demographics to enhance targeting efforts, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. • Create and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, Google Ads) to complement SEO and drive targeted traffic. Website Optimization User Experience: • Lead website optimization projects aimed at improving site speed, navigation, and user experience (UX), ensuring accessibility for all users, particularly potential clients. • Coordinate with developers and designers to implement changes, optimize landing pages, and streamline the overall user journey. • Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and address them efficiently. Local SEO (for Immigration Law Focus): • Implement local SEO strategies, including optimizing Google My Business profiles, local citations, and reviews, specifically targeting potential clients searching for immigration law services in particular regions. • Ensure that the firm’s website is optimized for location-based keywords to increase visibility for clients looking for legal services in specific cities, states, or regions. Content Strategy Collaboration: • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, informative, and engaging blog posts, landing pages, and other resources to target specific keywords. • Ensure that content is SEO-friendly, optimized for both user experience and search engines. • Help identify and leverage content opportunities related to immigration law, client questions, or trending legal topics. Monitoring Reporting: • Regularly monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. • Generate and present SEO performance reports, tracking key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, leads, and conversions. • Continuously monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain or improve rankings. Client Interaction and Consultation: • Occasionally provide updates to senior partners or management on SEO performance, website changes, and digital strategy progress. • Translate complex digital marketing metrics into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Spanish. • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and handling confidential documentation. • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.), Google Ads, Monday, programming systems, web page programming, etc. • Basic knowledge of immigration procedures (preferred). Compensation: $1,250.00 USD
