The US Channel business is the marketing and sales of all Apple products and services through our indirect Channel Partners. Within Marcom, the US Channel Cross Functional (XF) Team is responsible for the development, production and delivery of all Channel communication materials and Channel In Store experiences in the United States. We partner with internal teams across Marketing and Sales, and our external Partners, to support the strategic development and implementation of Apple Communications in Channel.
Description
The US Channel XF Communications Lead will oversee the US Channel Cross Functional Communications Team on the creation and seamless delivery of all Channel Communications for the US.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a hard-working team. Develop and mentor talent. Build a culture of collaboration on the team and with other teams at Apple.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify critical initiatives and business opportunities to improve communications and user experience in Channel.
- Provide a strategic and relevant perspective on the development of Channel communications for the US.
- Create best practice process for the origination of bespoke Channel Communications.
- Establish quarterly content and funding review process with US Sales.
- Develop an Audience specific marketing program with US Sales, Strategic Growth Initiatives Team.
