About the roleWe're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take charge of developing audience-backed, research-driven inbound product marketing strategies. You'll help define personas, craft value propositions, and lead the charge on go-to-market messaging and feature rollouts. Your role will require a structured approach to managing the feedback loop between Product and Sales, ensuring that commercial requirements are consistently defined, validated, aligned and correctly prioritized. You'll also collaborate with content marketing to amplify product launches, optimize review platforms, and drive both pre- and post-sale outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform personas development, positioning, and messaging frameworks.Manage the feedback loop between front line teams and product development, ensuring market needs and customer feedback are influencing product priorities.Define messaging strategies at the competitive, value, and feature levels, ensuring consistent narratives across all marketing and sales touchpoints.Collaborate with content marketing to create and distribute product-focused content, including in-app messaging and launch materials.Lead the execution of feature rollouts and product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.Drive post-sale product marketing efforts, supporting customer adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives.Optimize organic customer reviews on platforms like G2 to improve visibility, reputation, and customer feedback loops.Key Qualifications5+ years of experience in product marketing at growth-stage tech companies (experience in large tech/established companies not ideal).Strong background in audience research, with the ability to extract actionable insights and translate them into impactful product strategies.Superb writing and messaging skills, with experience crafting competitive positioning, feature-level messaging, and value propositions.Highly organized and structured, with experience managing feedback loops between product teams, sales, and business development.Familiarity with post-sale initiatives, including product adoption, upselling, and retention efforts.Experience collaborating with content and creative marketing teams to develop and amplify product-related content.Knowledge of organic review platforms (e.g., G2) and strategies to optimize brand visibility and engagement.Bonus if they are certified as a PMM through industry programs like PMA, CXL, etc.MoeGo offers a competitive compensation package (base salary, performance bonus, and benefits).
