The Role:

Our team is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and review RFPs and DDQs related to our firm's strategies and products. This role involves completing client due diligence questionnaires by collaborating with subject matter experts across the organization to gather necessary information. s improvement of DDQ processes, technology, projects, and resources.

Responsibilities:

Manage and review all RFPs and DDQs for firm, strategies, and products Perform peer reviews to maintain a high level of competency and meticulous attention to detail Proactively communicate potential issues and elevate accordingly Contribute to the evolution of DDQ processes, technology, projects, and resources Complete client due diligence questionnaires by liaising with subject matter experts throughout the organization to source information Qualifications:

Role is located in our Short Hills, NJ office. Mandatory 4 days per week in the office / 1 day remote. Minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience, including compliance experience relating to applicable rules and regulations, and review of private and registered fund marketing material. Bachelor's degree. Team player with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and RFP tools (Loopio). FINRA Series 7 and 24 required. Experience dealing with regulatory changes and policy implementations relating to such changes. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
