Our client, afinancial advisory firm,is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This full-time position will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive client engagement, and support the growth of our wealth management services.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. • Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms including social media, email campaigns, and the company website. • Manage marketing budgets and analyze return on investment for marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing direction and mentorship to encourage professional development. • Coordinate events and promotional activities to enhance client relationships and attract new business. • Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the financial services sector. • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results. • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
