POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include development and implementation of effective branding, marketing, and public relations, and promotional strategies

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Overall brand manager responsibilities for STK and Kona Grill.

- Work closely with Head of Marketing to develop comprehensive and highly effective marketing / public relations campaigns and promotions, maintaining promotional and programming calendar for the brand

- Responsible for internal/external marketing project management, supporting execution of marketing plans (strategic/tactical) and campaigns for all brands - including new store openings

- Develop and create national and local annual marketing / public relations plans (with monthly metric tracking); with focus on holidays, gift cards, takeout/delivery, loyalty, happy hour, restaurant weeks, private events, food and wine festivals, sporting events & more

- Assist with the oversight of local store marketing for all venues (hotels, shopping centers, local businesses and residential)

- Oversee creative & digital development, working alongside Digital Marketing Manager & Director of Creative to curate brand content

- Actively seek out national partnerships/ brand alignment/ brand ambassadors for all brands

- Organize panels for new product development, menu testing, brand sentiment

- Research new marketing tools, culinary trends, and stay on top of innovation in the hospitality marketing realm

- Support takeout & delivery, catering & private events with thoughtful marketing initiatives, activations, and strategy

- Oversee menu management & development (pmix, sales, etc.) - proactively seeking out new trends, food & beverage guest sentiment, acting as liaison between marketing & operations/culinary

- Maintain & grow loyalty programs for all brands by increasing membership, engagement & promotions

- Monitor all online presence for brand, including coordination of landing pages, page audits, listing management, website functionality

QUALIFICATIONS/ PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality marketing (multi-unit preferred):

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Very well organized with strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines

- The ability to remain calm in the face of adversity and high stress environments

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Facebook Business Manager & All Social/Digital Platforms.
