The Creator Marketing Manager will support the execution of the creator marketing strategy by managing relationships with creators, overseeing the day-to-day operations of creator-led campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the broader creator marketing goals. This role will work closely with the Director of Creator Marketing to develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, facilitate campaign execution, and support event activations. The Creator Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in alignment with the brand's global standards.
This is a regional role and will be responsible for overseeing the West Region.

CREATOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Manage day-to-day relationships with creators, ensuring ongoing engagement and alignment with brand objectives.
Assist the Director of Creator Marketing in identifying new talent, maintaining a strong pipeline of creators, and expanding the creator roster.
Act as the primary point of contact for creators, providing guidance and support throughout campaign execution.
Ensure creators are well-informed and equipped to deliver content that aligns with Red Bull's brand values and goals.
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & SUPPORT
Oversee the execution of creator-led campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams (media, marketing, product) to ensure that creator campaigns are integrated into the broader marketing strategy.
Track and report on the performance of creator campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Ensure all campaigns adhere to Red Bull's global guidelines and legal standards, working with the Director to address any issues.
EVENT COORDINATION & CREATOR HOSTING
Assist in planning and executing creator-hosted events, ensuring creators are integrated into key brand activations and events.
Work closely with the Director of Creator Marketing to identify strategic events and activations where creators can be leveraged to maximize engagement.
Ensure creators are properly supported at events, coordinating logistics and ensuring that their participation aligns with brand goals.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Collaborate with the CRM and Operations teams to ensure that creator data and campaign performance are accurately tracked and reported.
Work with the media insights team to gather relevant data and metrics to inform campaign decisions and measure success.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that creator campaigns and activations are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and business objectives.
GLOBAL ALIGNMENT & BEST PRACTICES
Ensure that all creator marketing activities are in line with Red Bull's global guidelines and standards.
Share best practices and learnings with the global and regional teams, contributing to continuous improvement in creator marketing strategies.
Support the Director of Creator Marketing in applying global insights to local markets, ensuring campaigns are relevant and impactful.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or talent management, with a focus on campaign management.
Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with creators.
Experience managing the execution of creator-led campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
Proficiency in CRM systems and campaign management tools, with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
Must have valid US Drivers License

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $85,600 - $128,400 + cash incentives. Range may differ for NYC & SFO Bay Area work locations. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
Santa Monica, CA is the preferred location, but we are open to San Francisco, CA.
