Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing efforts through compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. In this role, you will be integral to the design and production of brand-consistent marketing materials, managing website content and supporting multimedia production needs. Your work will support over 160 IBJI physicians and more than 70 clinic locations, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will report directly to the Marketing Content Creation Manager while working closely with marketing liaisons across IBJI's geographic divisions. This hybrid position is based at the Des Plaines corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

Design and develop digital assets for IBJI's website, email marketing campaigns, social media, online advertisements, and other digital platforms. Conceptualize and design digital assets, including landing pages, social media graphics, email blasts, online advertisements, and event materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to create traditional print promotional materials for campaigns, including posters, brochures, flyers, and more. Assist with printed materials such as business cards, direct mail, brochures, bio cards, invitations, and promotional items. Ensure template consistency and file quality for both print and digital media while maintaining brand identity across all platforms. Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, adhering to established brand guidelines. Assist in managing and organizing digital files, maintaining an efficient system for asset storage and archiving. Multimedia & Video Production

Assist in recording, editing, publishing, and transcribing podcast episodes; create episode pages, images, and videos for social media and email distribution. Develop multimedia content, including patient stories, internal announcements, external promotions, recruiting videos, and corporate training materials. Shoot and edit still photography and videography to support department needs. Brand & Marketing Support

Assist internal departments with the creation of printed collateral, promotional swag, and marketing materials as needed. Enforce brand and graphic standards to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts. Maintain relationships with key industry partners, including digital marketing agencies, printers, and video production vendors. Oversee select project budgets, invoicing, and payments as needed. Monitor competitor marketing efforts and stay current on industry trends. Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 2 years of design experience, preferably in a digital marketing environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of brand identity and marketing principles. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects. Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus. A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design work. Experience with video and audio editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro). Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation. Work Environment & Benefits

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience.
