The Social Media & Marketing Manager drives our brand’s online presence, customer engagement, and digital sales through strategic initiatives. This role blends creativity and analytical skills to craft compelling content, design visually striking materials, execute marketing campaigns, and spearhead eCommerce efforts to increase online revenue and conversion rates.

Responsibilities Social Media & Content Management Develop and implement dynamic content strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Google). Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and enhance engagement. Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and multimedia content tailored to target audiences. Oversee Google Performance Max campaigns, driving traffic and conversions. Monitor online reviews and comments, promptly addressing inquiries to maintain brand reputation. Marketing & Design Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create visually appealing marketing materials and promotional content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. eCommerce & Website Management Manage and optimize the eCommerce platform for user experience and conversion. Analyze website traffic and sales data to inform strategic decisions. Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility. Sales & Business Development Support Assist in developing marketing collateral for sales initiatives. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or eCommerce (hospitality experience preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and WordPress. Strong skills in SEO, SEM, eCommerce analytics, and tools like Google Analytics. Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo). Exceptional creativity, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Proven ability to write engaging content and collaborate across teams. Experience in video editing and animation is a plus. Ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
