PR & Events Manager
to drive brand visibility, engagement, and storytelling through exceptional event management and strategic press outreach.

The
PR & Events Manager
will work closely with the Founders and Executive Team to bring the brand’s vision to life through compelling PR strategies, high-impact events, and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities Event Management & Brand Activations: Plan, manage, and execute
brand, showroom, and retail events , including product launches, press previews, client activations, and trunk shows. Oversee all event logistics, from
concept development and venue selection
to vendor coordination and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience. Develop
innovative event concepts
that align with the brand’s ethos and resonate with target audiences. Ensure all events are executed
within budget
while maximizing brand impact and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate event strategies with broader marketing, sales, and customer engagement efforts. Press Outreach & Media Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with
key media, editors, influencers, and stylists
to secure coverage and amplify brand messaging. Develop and distribute
press materials , including releases, media kits, and pitch letters, ensuring consistent brand representation. Act as the primary contact for
press inquiries , facilitating interviews, features, and placements that align with brand goals. Arrange
showroom appointments
and collection reviews with top publications and stylists. Monitor and report on
media coverage , analyzing the impact of PR efforts and identifying opportunities for growth. Strategic Brand Building & Partnerships: Develop and implement
strategic initiatives
to enhance brand awareness and positioning within the luxury market. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
cohesive brand storytelling
across all platforms, including events, digital, and social media. Identify and pursue
partnerships
with aligned luxury brands, organizations, and influencers to expand the brand’s reach. Ensure all PR efforts align with
DTC and Wholesale initiatives , with timely asset distribution, product placement, and gifting strategies. Relationship & Community Management: Build and maintain relationships with
brand ambassadors, VIP clients, and industry professionals
to foster loyalty and advocacy. Leverage connections to create opportunities for
collaboration and engagement
within the luxury fashion space. Support
Ecommerce, Wholesale and Showroom departments
in executing seasonal retail marketing activations, ensuring alignment with PR strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years
of experience in PR, event management, and brand building, preferably within the
luxury fashion industry . Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to
manage multiple projects and deadlines
in a fast-paced environment. Strong
verbal and written communication skills , with experience crafting compelling press materials and presentations. Established
relationships with media, influencers, and stylists
in the fashion industry. A
creative thinker
with a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail in event design and execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ; familiarity with PR and event management tools is a plus.
