To develop a variety of industry-leading, future-thinking learning solutions, spanning a range of media to design impactful and effective multi-media learning solutions. Working collaboratively with the change management team, project team and key stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the needs of the business. Your role as a Developer is to bring to life the assets our Change management team created to build high-quality, creative and functional eLearning modules using the Articulate360 suite with a depth of experience using Storyline and Rise. Core Responsibilities: Create a training needs assessment Design courses Experienced in adult learning theory Experienced in project methodology (ADDIE) Ability to create an authentic virtual learning experience using a range of digital media Shows experience in digital media development design using Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc. with the ability to be creative and innovative, maximising the opportunities to create a great learning experience Ability to create learner-centric, engaging, facilitated learning experiences Experience utilising advanced Storyline functionality and creating simulations (show me, let me) Understanding of SCORM 1.2/2004/xAPI standards Experience developing eLearning for accessibility (minimum WCAG 2.0 AA) Recognise great UX and UI principles to create modern, future-thinking media solutions Ability to work collaboratively with other designers and key business stakeholders to influence thinking to maximise the opportunities available across the media Working within a large corporate environment on projects that span different work streams and multiple business areas Ability to work as part of a team to develop all or part of a complex solution, with self-discipline to meet timescales and deliverables to contribute to the overall design delivery Design of learning solutions incorporating a blend of multi-media learning solutions Key Skills: Authoring Tools: Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise Graphics/Visuals: Camtasia Organisational Skills: The ability to work flexibly across multiple projects and to work on own with minimal guidance Stakeholder Management: ability to work with instructional designers, internal learning teams and key business stakeholders Personal Resilience: ability to work at pace and have the resilience to manage changing and competing priorities, either individually or as part of a team Adaptable/Self-Reliance: ability to work either individually or as part of a team and be self-reliant Influencing skills: to influence the direction of travel and suggest new and exciting ways of digital learning Innovation: always seeking to improve, introducing new techniques, concepts and ways of doing things Excellent visual design skills with a clear grasp of what makes a great User Experience and Interface Ability to produce material adopting a blended approach, virtual learning, distance learning and other supporting solutions Excellent attention to detail to ensure all material is accurate both in terms of both content and grammar Ability to write material in the first person Previous learning design experience is essential, and the ability to work within a large-scale Corporate organisation Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting
