We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Manager to lead major projects for colocation and hyperscale builds. In this role, you’ll have interdepartmental collaboration, driving efficiency and innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of key projects. You’ll oversee both internal and third-party organizations, manage project lifecycles, and ensure safety and compliance throughout. Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from inception through handover, managing procurement, partner selection, and technical deliverables. Assist with cost modeling and processes. Collaborate with teams to align construction plans with architectural designs. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience in Critical Environments. Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Projects, Prolog, Procore, etc.).
