We are looking for a highly creative Jr. Art Director with a strong background in both print and digital design. This role will be instrumental in shaping our visual identity, developing brand assets, and executing multi-channel creative projects. The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic, a passion for fashion, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling across different mediums.
Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and execute creative direction for seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, digital marketing, e-commerce assets, and social media. • Lead design execution for both print (packaging, in-store visuals, editorial materials) and digital (website, email marketing, paid media, motion graphics). • Collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. • Oversee photoshoots, including pre-production planning, art direction on set, and post-production edits. • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity. • Stay ahead of design trends in fashion, digital media, and branding to drive innovation. • Manage and mentor junior designers and freelancers when necessary.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related field, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries. • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign • Experience with photography direction, retouching, and video editing is a plus. • Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for digital platforms. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and presentation skills.
