Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Execution: Own the design, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on email nurture programs, leveraging advanced Marketo capabilities. Program Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and refine strategies to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and program performance. Deploy A/B testing to improve retention and conversion metrics. Marketo Expertise: Act as a power user of Marketo, developing and maintaining automated workflows, trigger-based nurturing programs, and personalized segmentation strategies aligned to the buyer’s journey. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Web Development, Content, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive cross-functional success. Content Development: Translate complex business and technical messaging into concise, impactful marketing copy for emails and landing pages. Data-Driven Decision Making: Measure program performance against industry benchmarks, leveraging data to iterate and improve over time. Champion metrics and process efficiency in all areas of the role. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. What You Bring:

5 years leading and mentoring high-performing marketing teams 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, including building and managing lead nurture programs. Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically Exceptional writing skills with a track record of creating compelling marketing copy Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight Expertise in demand generation, marketing strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution Passion for metrics, data, and process improvements Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
