What You'll Be Doing: You’ll wear multiple hats as you support our Sales Team, Food & Beverage Director, and Event Operations. Your role will be the heartbeat of our events, ensuring smooth coordination from the first tour to the final toast, overseeing social media platforms, and truly being the glue that keeps operations and sales together. Key Responsibilities:Event Concierge Duties:

Assist in giving tours of our spectacular venues, wowing potential clients with your charm and knowledge. Be on site for event days responsible for taking photos and videos of all events, setups, guest interactions, and decor elements. Use photos and videos taken from events as well as received from on-site photographers and videographers to maintain our social media presence and ensure growth through true understanding of hospitality social media needs, hashtags, and customer interaction. Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the go-to person for client needs before, during, and after events as requested from GM and sales team. Support the Sales Manager with office tasks, including updating internal communications and event calendars, ensuring file completion and all forms and invoices are closed out, and preparing needed reports and follow-ups. Food & Beverage Assistance:

Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director on invoice management, vendor communications, office support, and other needs as requested. Assemble BEO (Banquet Event Order) packets, ensuring all details are accurate and organized for each event. Follow up with Linen, Decor, and A/V orders as noted on BEO. Help create and distribute detailed floor plans for weekend events, ensuring seamless setups and smooth operations. Office Support:

Provide administrative support to the event and operations team. Assist with maintaining organized records, files, and databases related to events and vendor partnerships. What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills. Strong social media skills and understanding. Strong time management skills including meeting deadlines. Ability to juggle multiple tasks with grace and efficiency. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality. Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, Google Suite - familiarity with reserve or triple seat a plus). Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least one year of social media experience overseeing multiple social media platforms within hospitality or similar industry. Must have at least one year experience working with an event planner or at an event venue/hotel specifically in the sales and catering department. Why You'll Love Working Here:
