Insight Global, the nation's third largest staffing and recruiting firm, is seeking an experienced Video Editor with a strong background in corporate/marketing video post-production to join our internal marketing team in a hybrid role, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days a week. The Senior Video Editor will work alongside the video team to edit high-impact advertising, digital campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, and more, with a particular focus on marketing. This role requires knowledge of video editing styles, motion graphics production experience, and the eagerness to push the boundary of corporate video while also providing creative insight during the pre-production and production stages.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling and polished video content, adhering to established brand guidelines and style standards.
  • Utilize advanced editing techniques, including color correction, visual effects, and sound design, to enhance video quality and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative director and video team to develop and execute video concepts that align with project objectives and campaign initiatives.
  • Own video editing process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other team members, including producers, directors, editors and graphic designers, to create high-quality video content.
  • Maintain communication with cinematographer, producers, and the team lead to ensure that production process is able to flow smoothly, giving any creative input during the pre-production stage.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to team members to increase overall quality of work.
  • Manage project timelines, coordinate with team members, and track progress to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a post-production role, with 2+ years of motion graphics experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional video editing skills in a variety of styles.
  • Proficiency in video production software and tools (Particularly Adobe suite), along with a solid understanding of digital marketing processes.
  • Proficiency in After effects (3D design or animation experiences is a plus)
  • Experience correcting and grading RAW footage (Sony experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must as the team will be interacting with stakeholders and executives.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, when needed, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional knowledge of file management (server archiving a plus).
  • Have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in the Atlanta office 3 days a week.
