About the Role :
Tulster LLC is seeking a Creative Media Specialist to join our small, hard-working team. Working directly with our Marketing Lead, this position will help conceptualize, produce, and direct various multimedia products, such as product or lifestyle photos, and video content for social media and YouTube videos, among other various online channels.
You will collaborate heavily with the rest of our team to create multiple forms of content for various channels, marketing campaigns, promotional material, etc. You will also assist in photographing and editing product shots, lifestyle images, social media content, and much more. These will all coincide to create a consistent online image of Tulster and assist in presenting our products and brand in an engaging and interesting light.
Get a chance to take ownership of creative output and create engaging content for various online channels that will be interesting for customers. While you will play a part in conceptualizing and planning much of the work, your position will also feature adherence to visual guidelines and style guides.
You must be able to integrate into a pre-existing set of visual standards with ease, to regularly educate yourself about the products and customer-base, and to keep an open mind in order to always keep things moving, while maintaining a standard of excellence.

We are looking for someone with :
Extensive experience in videography, motion graphics, photography, graphic design, photo manipulation, video and audio editing, as well as digital asset upkeep and management.

Creative Media Specialist Responsibilities:
- Shoot and edit photography/videography.
- Help keep the team accountable to deadlines and productivity.
- Develop media team talent.
- Help install creative processes/workflow to elevate productivity.
- Schedule and outline shoots.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in photo/video production, graphic design, content creation, digital marketing.
- High level of proficiency in the entire Adobe Suite.
- A strong and impressive portfolio.
- The ability to emulate other content and adhere to a style guide.
- Knowledge of firearms and accessories is a bonus but not required.
- Ability and confidence in communicating and articulating marketing concepts, pitching ideas, and presenting finished work.
- Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity, and also be part of a team working closely together.
- Strong knowledge of green screen/subject lighting.
- Knowledge of lighting, lensing, composition, and pacing for both live productions and motion graphics.
- On-set production experience, knowledge in using DSLRs, sliders, consumer digital video devices (drones, stabilized action cams, 360 cams, etc.), as well as the BMPCC.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with digital asset management and upkeep, willing to restructure and seek out new solutions for organizing and maintaining digital content.
