Position Summary: Inter Miami CF is seeking Communications Gameday Staff Members to support the Communications Department with matchday media operations duties. Communications Gameday Staff Members play a key role in matchday Communications functions. Additionally, Communications Gameday Staff Members may be considered for opportunities to support other Inter Miami CF Communications events beyond First Team matchday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Communications Department with matchday media operations responsibilities, including press box and media tribune management, photographer and videographer management on the field, media credentialing, and post-game quotes.
  • Arrive early on matchdays to support the set up of media areas at Chase Stadium.
  • Assist with set up, break down, and execution of media operations during matchdays.
  • Support the Communications team in making sure media members follow Inter Miami Media Guidelines on gameday.
  • Be familiar with the stadium and media areas in order to provide accurate directions and first-class assistance to media members.
  • Ensure media areas at the stadium are well-maintained throughout matches.
  • Be proactive and communicate with full-time Communications members should any unique situations arise during matches.
  • All other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Available to work all Inter Miami CF home games throughout the season.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a passion for providing great service to media members.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Must possess reliable transportation to and from work for all matchdays.
  • Due to the fast-paced nature of matchdays, candidates must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism within a pro team environment with high visibility.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Fluency and ability to write in Spanish is a plus.
