Job Description
As the
Senior Director, Channel Marketing , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for all seven House of Rohl brands in North America. You will collaborate across teams to drive brand transformation, enhance designer engagement, and lead a change agenda that positions House of Rohl as an industry leader. With your expertise in brand strategy, commercial marketing, and cross-functional leadership, you will ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and empower teams to succeed.

Responsibilities: Develop and oversee marketing strategies across all House of Rohl brands in North America, ensuring a strong, cohesive brand presence and growth in all channels. Reimagine designer engagement across North America, evolving traditional approaches into dynamic, high-impact relationships. Own and manage a substantial marketing budget, ensuring thoughtful investment and maximizing impact across initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, taking full ownership of executing the North American strategy and proactively overcoming obstacles. Guide and inspire marketing activation across diverse channels, from eCommerce to retail, showroom, and trade engagement. Collaborate with global hospitality teams, designers, and internal stakeholders to create an emotionally driven brand that deeply resonates with customers. Manage product launch strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the brand's vision and values. Partner with sales and commercialization teams to implement campaigns that enhance brand visibility, strengthen relationships, and drive results. Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team, fostering creativity, empowerment, and inclusivity while driving alignment with the company's mission. Manager and guide with confidence and collaboration, balancing visionary strategy with hands-on execution to bring marketing initiatives to life. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of marketing experience , including
5+ years in leadership roles . Proven success in multi-channel marketing and brand-building. Strong budget management experience, overseeing significant marketing investments and optimizing ROI. Expertise in strategic marketing, change leadership, and cultivating growth. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and building trusted relationships. Passionate about managing teams, inspiring creativity, and driving impact. 30% travel required
across North America. Preferred Qualifications:
MBA preferred. Proven ability to manage designer engagement strategies in premium, niche markets. Experience in commercial product activation and navigating omnichannel marketing. Strong ability to balance high-level vision with detailed execution in a matrixed organization.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $159,000 - $263,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
