TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATORPosition DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Coordinator will help drive online sales for A.M. Leonard. This position will report to the Marketing Operations Manager and work closely with the Marketing, Merchandising and Creative departments to coordinate digital marketing efforts related to the amleo.com and gardenersedge.com e-commerce websites. Main responsibilities will include coordinating the addition of new products to the websites, keeping images and website collateral updated, and coordinating changes, revisions and improvements to provide the best user experience for the customer. They will work closely with the E-Commerce Administrator on strategic growth projects on both sites and e-commerce platforms. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and creating content for our social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram as well as managing our affiliate program.Essential FunctionsExecute Daily Digital Marketing Activities to reach company sales and profitability goals.Coordinate the efficient addition of new products to the amleo.com and gardenersedge.com websites, to provide the best product line possible for the customer. Serve as a point of contact for our websites internally, consistently updating and informing Creative/Marketing/Merchandising leads of progress and updates on each platform.Assist in the Execution of Digital Marketing Projects:Update / Change Images on both sitesReview and Update Copy on both sitesChange / Update Advertising and Sales Collateral on both sitesWork with Marketing Operations Manager to Follow-Up on Deadlines and SchedulesAssist in the execution of strategic projects and implementations on both sitesSocial Media Management:Develop and manage social media content calendars for platforms such as Facebook and InstagramCreate engaging and brand-aligned posts and videos to increase audience engagement and revenueReview analytics for all social media platforms and report on performanceStay up to date with social media trends and best practicesAffiliate Program:Communicate with current affiliates and reach out to potential candidates for the programApprove/Deny pending affiliates and commissionsSet up affiliate promo codes and process commission payouts CompetenciesCommunication throughout the work environment, both written and oral. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with overtime as needed.Work EnvironmentThis position works in a temperature-controlled office setting but may require entering a Distribution Center in varying temperature and noise levels.Supervisory ResponsibilityThe Digital Marketing Coordinator role does not have supervisory responsibility.
