O’Neill Marketing, under Alliant Insurance Services, Inc., is a young and fast-growing FMO with the best contracts in the business. We are a Non-Captive National FMO that operates on a virtual platform. We work directly with Insurance companies so we can offer independent agents the highest commission rates.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

Our Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Manages creative marketing projects including project framing and assessment, deliverables, budget, timeline, required resources, and meeting project goals. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers and vendors.

  • Fully remote role; prefer Tampa, FL based

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing and developing a team of designers, copywriters, project managers, and vendors.
  • Seamlessly switches gears from manager to individual contributor as needed.
  • Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Uses tactics such as print advertising, digital advertising, conferences/events, videos, sales tools, web content, email, research, social media, and marketing automation software to deliver messaging.
  • Distills complex business problems into actionable tasks.
  • Works with leadership to create new and original concepts and strategies for Sales and Marketing.
  • Creates, executes and manages marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation software.
  • Assures marketing programs and strategies expand the brand and are implemented within project deadlines and budgets.
  • Improves the performance of marketing programs and identifies enhancement opportunities to grow awareness, consideration, recommendation, and ultimately sales.
  • Contributes to Request for Proposal (RFP) responses including utilization of RFP database software, coordinating and organizing response; writing, editing and/or recruiting SMEs to reply to response; developing RFP response theme and carrying theme into oral presentation, and coordination of graphic design support of written and oral responses.
  • Assumes responsibility for lead generation, nurturing, and scoring.
  • Tracks and reports campaign success to management.
  • Identifies key market segments and develops clear messaging to extend reach in identified segments.
  • Develops measurable, automated marketing campaigns and metrics to forward sales and brand awareness.
  • Writes original content and edits existing content for all sales and marketing-related collateral materials.
  • Strategizes with leadership on positioning key company employees as industry subject matter experts (SMEs) with various trade publications and associations.
  • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Eight (8) to ten (10) years of creative marketing or related work experience, required
  • Experience in health insurance or healthcare industries, preferred
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
  • One (1) or more years supervisory experience, preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design Programs
