Creative Lead Designer (Beauty/ Wellness)

Position: Creative Lead Designer (Beauty/ Wellness)
Target Salary: $75k-80k (DOE)
On Site 5 Days/ week in NYC Office

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our high growth team as a Creative Lead Designer. The role involves a focus on digital design with occasional print packaging tasks, making it ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging digital content across various platforms, primarily focusing on Shopify.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement creative strategies for product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the design and production of print packaging as needed, ensuring alignment with digital assets.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturers and team members to ensure clarity in creative briefs and project timelines.
• Contribute to the overall brand identity and visual aesthetic, focusing on a mind/body/vitality theme.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital-focused role.
• Understanding of UX principles and how to apply them within e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and effectively.
• A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
