Your Talent

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business and Administrative Sciences or equivalent with strong Social Media knowledge and experience
  2. 2+ years of experience in a Social Media role at a creative agency or in-house marketing department
  3. Possess a good understanding of various social media platforms, their unique audiences, and content requirements.
  4. Strong interest and understanding of the training and fitness category.
  5. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
  6. Must be able to shoot and create content from iPhone.
  7. Strong communications skills – ability to interface with internal teams and outside vendors
  8. Travel determined on project needs

Your Mission

  1. Coordinate the conception, creation, and production of culturally resonant social media content for brand/business target audience.
  2. Shoot video and stills for various social media platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
  3. Utilize knowledge of training/fitness social trends and best practices to collaborate with creative and strategy teams in delivering culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement.
  4. Effectively communicate creative plans to internal stakeholders, ambassador partnerships, and clients.
  5. Write & coordinate creator briefs, provide guidance, and collaborate with influencers, photographers, videographers, designers, and other content creators to enhance the creative process.
  6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends (specifically related to training/fitness) and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
  7. Maintain a distinct but consistent visual voice for each social channel's audience through content creation.
  8. Collaborate and partner with internal teams, agency team, and external partners to inform creative strategies and achieve exceptional results. Proactively pitch on-trend concepts and ideas for execution based on product priorities.
  9. Support to develop and execute a content strategy for social media based on the list of deliverables from the social media managers.
  10. Coordinate the creative process for content production with external stakeholders.
  11. Brief, capture or edit content him/herself for all social and select ad hoc requests.
  12. Work with a team of graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters.
  13. Ensure content aligns with the company's brand and social media goals.
  14. Stay informed about content marketing trends and creative approaches as it relates to the training/fitness landscape.
