The Revenue Product team drives innovation across our advertising platform, ensuring Snap's ad products are effective and customer-centric.

The Product Marketing team uses creativity and market research to optimize roadmaps for products across Snap Inc. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for Snapchat’s brand marketing solutions with a focus on our creator offering.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with Product Management & Sales teams to launch advertising products and grow their adoption in North America.
  • Represent product teams in the markets by setting goals, managing product launches, and implementing activations to drive adoption.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and marketing activation strategies.
  • Use market knowledge to inform the roadmap through the collection of key themes from marketers and advertisers.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on go-to-market strategy & planning and track success metrics.
  • Inspire and educate teams on Snapchat’s Brand solutions for advertisers.
  • Build frameworks to create & socialize marketing initiatives, driving alignment across teams and leadership.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep knowledge of the video digital ads competitive landscape.
  • Understanding of the creator economy and opportunities for brands to partner with creators.
  • Ability to transform complex concepts into actionable tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute go-to-market plans.
  • A team player who can work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups.
  • Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • Ability to lead market research to identify new opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing/product strategy or other relevant digital marketing/sales work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy at a technology or advertising technology company.
  • Solid track record in launching products & driving global adoption.
  • At ease with data analytics tools and working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams.
  • Well versed with social media ads manager platforms and digital advertising measurement tools.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position varies by location and is negotiable within the range.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $142,000-$214,000 annually.

Zone B: $135,000-$203,000 annually.

Zone C: $121,000-$182,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
