Multimedia Graphic Designer - eLearning Focus
Zaddy Solutions is performing a search on behalf of a client located in Greenville, SC. This role is direct hire / full time, and hybrid. 3 days onsite/week in office.

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Multimedia Graphic Designer with a strong focus on eLearning development to join our team. This role will be instrumental in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our clients. About the Role:
As a Multimedia Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the visual design and development of eLearning courses and other multimedia projects. You will collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate complex information into visually compelling and interactive learning experiences. Your expertise in graphic design, animation, and multimedia development will be crucial to the success of our eLearning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other relevant software.
- Create engaging graphics, animations, and interactive elements for eLearning modules, including but not limited to:
- Custom illustrations and icons
- Infographics and data visualizations
- Interactive simulations and scenarios
- Video editing and production
- Develop and maintain visual style guides and templates to ensure consistency across all eLearning projects.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and target audiences.
- Ensure all designs are accessible and meet accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Stay current with the latest eLearning trends, technologies, and design best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our eLearning development process.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
- Maintain a portfolio showcasing your best work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in multimedia design, with a strong emphasis on eLearning development.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, particularly Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to create engaging animations and interactive elements.
- Experience with video editing and production is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for creating high-quality learning experiences.
- A portfolio demonstrating your eLearning design skills and multimedia expertise.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with other eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Captivate, Articulate).
- Knowledge of LMS platforms.
- Experience with gamification in eLearning.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
