A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and producing Graphic Design assets from concept to final artwork, focusing on creative style guide development for consumer products. This role handles projects at all levels of complexity and meets deadlines under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
This is a Project Hire role that reports to the Design Manager, Graphic Design & Branding. The term will be 2/3/2025 - 3/7/2026.
Responsibilities/You Will:
- Development of Graphic Design & Branding for Product Development style guides and portfolios across multiple franchises for Disney, Pixar, & 20CS.
- Awareness of fashion and market trends.
- Able to create strong POV boards for graphic design trends.
- Art style/new technique creative development to coordinate with trends in the marketplace.
- Contribute new graphic design ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Responsible for maintaining Graphic Design standards that meet brand guidelines and strategies.
- Able to present creative concepts in both formal and informal settings.
Required Qualifications/You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Art, Graphic Design and/or Illustration.
- 1-2 years related work experience in graphic design, illustration, or merchandise design.
- Strong traditional and digital drawing skills in addition to concepting capabilities.
- Strong creative computer skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Creative Suite, Keynote).
- Strong graphic design and illustration skills necessary.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Some production skills needed.
- Proactive / Can-do attitude.
- Optimistic, team player.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects.

All Artists and Graphic Designers on the team, VP and Director of Graphic Design & Branding, VP and Director of Art and Story, Operations, Production, Packaging, Product Design, Commercialization, Franchise, Retail, and key contacts at Studio partners: Pixar, Disney, 20CS, Muppets, Channel, Disney+.

This is a Full-Time temporary assignment position.
