  • Data Visualization: Work with intelligence analysts to convert complex data into visually accessible and easily interpretable graphics that support decision-making and operational planning.
  • Intelligence Reporting: Collaborate with the team to create impactful, user-friendly graphics for intelligence reports, briefings, and products that are shared with senior leadership, operational teams, and external partners.
  • ISR Support: Design graphics to support Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) synchronization efforts, making technical and tactical data visually coherent.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with other intelligence professionals to develop products for international intelligence engagements, exercises, and operational planning.
  • Multimedia Design: Utilize multimedia tools to create dynamic and engaging visual products that enhance the effectiveness of briefings and presentations.
  • Technology Integration: Stay updated on the latest graphic design and multimedia software tools and technologies, and recommend solutions to improve the efficiency and impact of graphics products.
  • Training & Security: Provide design support for training materials and assist with ensuring compliance with Special Security Office (SSO) protocols in all visual products.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work collaboratively with teams across USCENTCOM, deployed forces, other DoD agencies, and Combatant Commands to deliver timely, clear, and effective graphic support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, or visual communication, with a strong focus on intelligence operations or related fields.

    • Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools.
    • Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques to present intelligence data in visually compelling formats.
    • Ability to work with a variety of formats, including maps, charts, diagrams, and infographics.
    • Excellent understanding of intelligence processes and the ability to translate complex intelligence information into clear, impactful visuals.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations and the ability to design products for military and defense audiences.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience creating graphics and visual products for defense, intelligence, or military clients.
  • Familiarity with military intelligence systems, tools, and platforms.
  • Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM or similar military or governmental organizations.
  • Knowledge of Special Security Office (SSO) protocols and familiarity with the security requirements for classified intelligence products.
