We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to lead the development of innovative educational materials that pivot the Digital Marketing landscape towards Influencer Marketing strategies. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about enabling aspiring Influencer Marketing Managers to acquire the essential skills needed to execute successful marketing campaigns through a web application that facilitates the entire learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and preferences, collecting and analyzing product feedback to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Evaluate product metrics to enhance delivery quality and feature offerings.
  • Shape the product roadmap, maintaining a commitment to high integrity in front of stakeholders while leveraging data insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team, adhering to agile best practices.
  • Engage with teams responsible for other related products, contributing to a cohesive product management group.
  • Promote effective communication throughout the development process, working alongside designers, engineers, support staff, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Define pricing and licensing strategies for the product.

Required Skills:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a product management role within software development projects.
  • Familiarity with the edTech sector.
  • Understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to address both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
  • Proficiency in Russian (speaking and writing, minimum B1+ level).
  • Experience in conducting customer development activities, gathering feedback, and defining product requirements.
  • Competence in utilizing project management and requirements preparation tools (e.g., Fibery, Jira, Confluence, or similar).

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years in a relevant product management capacity.
  • Experience within the education technology field is preferred.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of software engineering and project management methodologies.
