Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in event marketing, logo marketing, email marketing, and brand marketing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Event Marketing:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor relationships, event promotions, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Logo Marketing & Brand Identity:
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure consistent and impactful use of the company logo and visual identity across all marketing materials, both digital and print.
- Lead initiatives to refresh and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring it aligns with current market trends and the company’s strategic goals.
- Work closely with design teams to produce on-brand assets and collateral for events, campaigns, and corporate communications.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and promote events, products, or services.
- Segment email lists and optimize email content for maximum open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Analyze email campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to drive better results.
Brand Marketing:
- Create and execute integrated brand marketing strategies that enhance the company’s position in the market and build customer loyalty.
- Manage brand consistency across all channels, ensuring that messaging, tone, and visual elements align with the company’s values and objectives.
- Work with marketing leadership to define brand positioning, messaging, and audience personas to guide marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on messaging and marketing tactics.
- Regularly track, report, and analyze key performance metrics for all marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of strategies.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on event marketing, logo and brand management, email marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully managing events from planning through execution.
- Experience in designing and implementing email marketing strategies, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and how to leverage logo marketing and brand positioning to create lasting impressions.
Skills:
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, able to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for high-quality visual content and branding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a B2B or B2C marketing environment, with a focus on both online and offline marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
