We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our team as a MARKETING STRATEGIST. The Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing high-level marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results. This role requires a creative problem-solver who can analyze data, identify opportunities, and lead marketing projects from conception to execution. The ideal candidate is experienced in digital and traditional marketing, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a deep understanding of technology to optimize marketing efforts.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • May oversee projects involving cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business goals.
  • Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, sales, and creative teams.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Utilize marketing technology, automation tools, and data analytics to enhance performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Create and present reports, strategy recommendations, and performance updates to leadership.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in strategic planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and derive insights.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience leading marketing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and automation tools.
