We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to help drive our digital presence, expand our brand reach, and enhance consumer engagement across all platforms.

This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring a hands-on marketer who can develop, execute, and analyze performance-driven campaigns while maintaining the integrity of our luxury brand aesthetic. You will work directly with our fractional CMO & oversee paid media, content marketing, email/SMS campaigns, social media strategy, and digital analytics, ensuring alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Paid & Performance Marketing

  1. Manage and oversee our paid media agency, ensuring they are fully connected to our business strategies, goals, and KPIs.
  2. Monitor and optimize media spend to track toward monthly ROAS targets, analyzing budget allocation across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  3. Develop and execute digital advertising strategies, including search, display, and social media campaigns, aligning with brand objectives and sales goals.
  4. Collaborate with affiliates, influencers, and brand ambassadors to drive incremental revenue and increase brand awareness.

Email & SMS Marketing

  1. Lead weekly email marketing strategy to drive consumer engagement, retention, and conversion, utilizing Klaviyo and Attentive (or similar platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or SmilleIO).
  2. Develop and optimize CRM-driven email automation to nurture customers throughout their buying journey.
  3. Track and analyze email performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize impact.

E-Commerce & Digital Analytics

  1. Utilize Shopify+ analytics & administrator dashboard to track customer behavior, performance trends, and sales insights.
  2. Manage and interpret Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center, and other data platforms to enhance site performance and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to ensure seamless online customer experiences and data-driven decision-making.
  4. Communicate all seasonally relevant site merchandising needs to the Michael Aram e-commerce manager.

Content & Social Media Marketing

  1. Develop and implement content marketing strategies, overseeing the creation, scheduling, and execution of luxury-driven content across platforms.
  2. Manage daily community engagement, including responding to direct messages, liking and following relevant content, and ensuring consistent brand interaction.
  3. Stay ahead of emerging digital and social trends, analyzing new opportunities for brand visibility and audience growth.
  4. Oversee social media scheduling and execution, ensuring that content aligns with both organic and paid campaigns.

Copywriting & Brand Communication

  1. Develop compelling and consistent, on-brand copy that reflects Michael Aram’s luxury tone and voice across social media, email, website, retail, editorial, and offline formats.
  2. Work closely with the fractional CMO to refine messaging and maintain consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

Reporting & Insights

  1. Develop and present weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators, digital trends, and optimization strategies.
  2. Provide actionable insights based on market data, competitor analysis, and campaign performance, helping to refine and enhance ongoing strategies.
  3. Maintain a pulse on industry best practices and innovations, bringing fresh ideas to continuously elevate Michael Aram’s digital presence.

Experience & Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of digital marketing experience within a luxury, retail, or e-commerce business.
  2. Strong knowledge of paid media platforms, including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  3. Shopify+ experience with a focus on analytics, reporting, and site performance tracking.
  4. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Merchant Center for data-driven decision-making.
  5. Experience managing email & SMS campaigns via Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar platforms.
  6. Strong social media experience, including content strategy, creation, scheduling, and community management.
  7. Ability to collaborate with agencies and internal teams, ensuring alignment with overarching brand and revenue goals.
  8. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for luxury marketing, brand storytelling, and high-touch customer engagement.
  9. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
