Our banking client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join their team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a proven track record in executing successful events. This role involves coordinating with vendors, obtaining contracts, and collaborating with trade show producers to ensure seamless event execution.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $30 - $40 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to support company objectives.
2. Plan, organize, and execute events, including trade shows and company conferences.
3. Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary contracts and services.
4. Manage relationships with trade show producers to ensure successful event participation.
5. Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure all marketing initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Experience Requirements:

1. Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on event planning and execution.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
