Vibrant Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and creative Podcast Producer to oversee the production, management, and growth of the Vibrant Wellness Podcast. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for functional medicine and wellness, combined with expertise in audio and video production, guest coordination, and digital content strategy.

As the Podcast Producer, you will be responsible for managing the podcast studio, coordinating guest logistics, overseeing content production, and ensuring high-quality audio and video deliverables. You will also play a critical role in expanding our digital reach through YouTube, social media, and event-based content. Key Responsibilities

1. Podcast Studio Management: Oversee all aspects of the in-person podcast studio operations, ensuring smooth execution of recordings, technical setup, and equipment maintenance.
2. Guest Management and Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end logistics for guest appearances, including scheduling, pre-recording briefings, and travel/accommodation arrangements to and from the facility.
3. Content Production and Video Oversight: Lead the production of video content across Vibrant Wellness, including podcasts, promotional videos, and educational content.
4. Outsourcing and Vendor Management: Identify, vet, and manage third-party vendors and freelancers to support podcast and video production needs, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality deliverables.
5. Event and Field Marketing Support: Attend key industry events and conferences (5+/year) to capture live content, conduct interviews, and set up mobile podcast studios for on-the-go recording.
6. YouTube and Digital Platform Management: Oversee Vibrant Wellness’s YouTube presence, including content scheduling, SEO optimization, and performance analytics to drive audience engagement.
7. Project Management and Reporting: Track production schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of podcast and video content.
