Prime Video is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will support our mission of delighting customers to build the most-loved video service in the world. In this role, you will develop and scale marketing programs for Prime Video Channels, the service that lets Prime members add subscriptions like Paramount+, STARZ, Max and more, all with no cable subscription necessary. As a member of the team, you will support the strategy creation and execution of programs that drive customer acquisition and engagement for Prime Video Channels.
A successful candidate is a strong collaborator who has demonstrated an ability to work cross-functionally across internal and external teams. The candidate is also an effective written and verbal communicator and analytical thinker who uses data to drive program improvement and optimization. An ideal candidate also has experience managing projects with multiple workstreams, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and has entertainment and media domain expertise.
Key job responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll contribute to transformative marketing initiatives, manage campaign strategies, and spearhead program improvements that deliver measurable impact at scale. In this role, you will:
- Orchestrate and execute high-profile marketing campaigns and critical programs (e.g., price promotions) that captivate audiences and drive business growth.
- Lead cross-functional partnerships across marketing, product, finance, and business teams to uncover optimization and automation opportunities that will enhance marketing efficiency and program efficacy.
- Develop data-driven frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and translate performance results into actionable insights.
- Champion the voice of the customer by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey and experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results.
- Experience with process improvements and optimization (e.g., standard operating procedure creation).
- Professional, non-internship experience in the entertainment or media industry.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
